2011 Highlights

• Responded to the introduction of the UK Bribery Act 2010 with a comprehensive anti-bribery and corruption programme
• Formed a Board level Anti-Bribery and Corruption Committee
• Reviewed the 2010 UK Corporate Governance Code
• Continued with further progress towards best practice
• Reviewed the Davies Report (Women on Boards) and made the first female appointment to the Board in March 2012
