2010 Highlights
- Company continues with further progress towards UK best practice
- Formed a Board level Corporate Social Responsibility Committee to strengthen the approach to this important aspect of our activities
- Changes to the 2008 Combined Code have been reviewed
- Nomination Committee will consider the requirements of diversity as introduced by the 2010 UK Corporate Governance Code and the Davies Report
- Key Performance Indicators continue to show good performance
